Application sign-in

Signing in with PIN

Signing in to the application requires a short PIN number. Sometimes, after entering your PIN, you may be additionally asked to enter your login with a password.   You should get your PIN from the line manager, or another person responsible for coordinating the Inspector Cloud project within your organization. If you cannot determine a contact person to obtain your PIN number, please contact Helpdesk. For security reasons, the Helpdesk cannot give you the PIN over the phone, but will be able to advise who to contact.   Do not give the PIN number to unauthorized persons.   Signing in to the application requires an Internet connection. Later you can work without the Internet, if necessary.   If you cannot sign in to the application using the PIN, check if it has been changed. If you cannot sign in using the correct PIN number, please contact the Helpdesk.  

Signing in with login and password

In some projects, a login and password are required to sign in to the application. If you do not see a window for entering your login and password, then this function is inactive in your project, and you can skip this section.   You should get your login and password from the line manager, or another person responsible for coordinating the Inspector Cloud project within your organization. If you cannot determine a contact person to obtain your login and password, please contact Helpdesk. For security reasons, the Helpdesk cannot give you the login and password over the phone, but will be able to advise who to contact.   Do not give your login and password to unauthorized persons.   Signing in to the application requires an Internet connection. Later you can work without the Internet, if necessary.   It is important to enter the login and password correctly, taking into account the keyboard language, upper and lower letter case, no extra spaces, etc. If you cannot enter the application with your login and password, please contact the Helpdesk.   If you forgot your password, please contact your immediate supervisor, or Inspector Cloud project coordinator in your organization, for a password change request.  

Filling in your User Profile

When you first sign in to the application, you will need to fill in all the fields of your User Profile. Please be careful, as the correct filling of the fields is important for the correct reporting of your visits. If you are not sure what to enter in the profile fields, please ask your immediate supervisor for help. You will be able to edit your profile later in a separate section of the application.
