Stores for Today list

Stores for Today is a list of outlets you need to visit today. The content of these lists is determined by the route number entered in the user profile. When route number is changed, the lists change. The list of stores is updated every day, stored on your device, and is available during the visits without an active internet connection. To update a list, pull it down and release. You can see the Stores for Today list as follows:    - In the Android application: tap the heading in the upper left corner of the screen, select Stores for Today.  - In the iOS application: tap the "..." button in the upper right corner of the screen, select Stores for Today.   If your project does not have a Stores for Today list, information on the daily visit plan is not available to you, in which case please use the My Stores list.

Stores Near Me list

Stores Near Me are retail outlets that are within a given distance from your current location. You will need an active internet connection, as the list changes depending on your location. To update a list, pull it down and release. You can see the Stores Near Me list as follows:    - In the Android application: tap the heading in the upper left corner of the screen, select Stores Near Me. - In the iOS application: tap the "..." button in the upper right corner of the screen, select All Stores.

By using the Search, you can quickly find the store you need in a selected list (Stores for Today / My Stores / Stores Near Me) among already displayed stores. For example, if the store is located too far from your current location, it will not appear in the Stores Near Me list, and search wouldn’t be able to find it. If there are 5 stores in the Stores for Today list, or in My Stores list, a search will look up among these 5 stores.    - In the Android application, the Search button is located in the upper right corner of the screen. When you tap it, a field for entering text appears.  - In the iOS application, the text input field is at the top of the screen, above the list.   You can search by name, address or store ID.

Filtering

Filters will help you to speed up searching for the right stores. At the moment, the following filters are built into the Inspector Cloud application:    - No filter;  - Not visited this month;  - Visited this month;  - Visited this week;  - Visited today.   The Filters button is located in the upper right corner of the screen. Tap it if necessary, and select a filter. The selected filter is displayed at the top of the list, and the list itself will contain entries, according to the applied filter. To remove the filter, tap the “X” button in the upper right corner of the filter panel.

Map

In the Map mode, you can see your location, the location of stores, and radius of the search area.    - In the Android application: Map button is located in the upper right corner of the screen. When you tap it, the map opens. Tap the Map button again to return to the stores list.  - In the iOS application: tap the "..." button in the upper right corner of the screen, select Maps. To return back to the stores list, tap <Stores.

Store Information

You will see the following information in the store window:    - Store name;  - Store address;  - Store ID;  - Date of your previous visit to this store;  - The history of all agents visits to this store.   There should be a Start Visit button at the bottom of the screen. If you see a Close button, it means that not all conditions required to start the visit were met. It is possible that there are no tasks for this store, and you cannot start the visit because of that. Please update the master data and try to start the visit again. The second reason for the Start Visit button not appearing may be that you are located over a maximum allowed distance from the store. See Problem Solving / Can't Start a Visit for details.

Store Help

To get a detailed information about the store, tap “?” in the upper right corner of the store window. This button may be absent if information on the store is not provided.

History of store visits

The history of store visits is the history of visit results for all the agents visits to a particular store. It is displayed as a list. Each item on the list contains the date of visit, name of the agent who made it, and the route number. You can tap a specific visit to familiarize yourself with the results of the visit. The history of visits is sorted by date, with the last visit located at the top of the list.

In a stores list, the stores that you have already visited today are highlighted by color.    - In the Android application, the store is highlighted in green.  - In the iOS application, a vertical green bar is displayed to the left of the store.
